100g melted butter

100g all-purpose flour

100g brown sugar

10g matcha powder

2g baking soda

25g beaten egg

Mix the Butter and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, combine 100g of melted butter and 100g of brown sugar. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Add the Egg: Gradually incorporate 25g of beaten egg into the butter-sugar mixture, stirring continuously until well blended.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together 100g of all-purpose flour, 10g of matcha powder, and 2g of baking soda.

Form the Dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a smooth cookie dough forms.

Add the Mix-Ins: Fold in the desired amount of choco chips and chopped walnuts, adjusting to your taste preferences.

Shape the Cookies: Shape the dough into rough round balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, leaving enough space for the cookies to spread.

Chill the Dough: Refrigerate the cookie dough balls for at least 1 hour. This step is crucial for enhancing the flavour and texture of your cookies.
